All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be extended.

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

For orders outside Canada:

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Javedan Parfums is no longer responsible for the package.

If your package is lost or missing, please contact the carrier directly.
We can assist by providing documentation if needed.
8. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Packaging crushed or dented in transit
We ensure all orders are packaged securely and inspected before shipping.
9. Wrong Item or Manufacturing Defect
