2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to:

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not currently shipping there.
3. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:

USA: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Processing time is 2–4 business days before shipment.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
Free shipping may be available during promotions.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Items damaged after delivery

Items damaged by shipping carriers

6. What if my item is damaged or defective?
We will replace or refund items only if:

There is a manufacturing defect
You must contact us at support@javedanparfums.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photos/videos of the issue.
7. What if my package was lost or stolen?
Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for:

Delivery to the wrong address entered by the customer
Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
8. Do your perfumes contain allergens?
Some ingredients may not be suitable for everyone.
We list allergen-related ingredients on product pages and packaging.
If you have sensitive skin, test a small area first.
Javedan Parfums is not liable for allergic reactions.
9. How long do your perfumes last?
Our perfumes use high-quality fragrance oils and are crafted for excellent longevity.

10. What concentration are your perfumes?
Javedan Parfums fragrances are typically Eau de Parfum (EDP) strength, meaning 15–20% perfume oil concentration unless otherwise noted.
11. Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every bottle is created, filled, and packaged directly by Javedan Parfums or authorized partners.
We do not sell third-party or reseller products.
12. Do you offer samples?
At this time, we do not offer individual samples, but we may introduce them in the future.
Just let me know which one you prefer and I’ll lock it in.
13. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once processing begins.
If you made an error, contact us immediately — we will try our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.
14. Do you offer gift packaging?
If you want to offer this in the future, I can write a section.
For now:
At this time, we do not offer custom gift packaging, but our perfumes come securely packaged and presentation-ready.
