1. Overview
At Javedan Parfums, each fragrance is handled with care and inspected before shipping.
Due to the nature of perfume products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for opened items, used items, or damage caused during shipping or handling after delivery.
2. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened packaging (seal or wrapping removed)

Used products

Bottles showing signs of wear, tampering, or leakage after opening

Damaged items caused by customer handling
If the original packaging is opened, the product is considered final sale.
3. Wrong Item or Manufacturing Defect
We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

The product has a verifiable manufacturing defect

The product arrived in defective condition (not caused by shipping impact)
Examples of accepted defects:

We reserve the right to approve or deny defect claims at our discretion.
4. Shipping Damage
We package each order securely, but once shipped, your package is handled by third-party carriers.
Javedan Parfums is not liable for:

Damage caused by shipping carriers

Lost or stolen packages

Broken bottles due to impact during transit

Delays caused by carriers or customs
If your item was damaged during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, DHL, FedEx).
We will gladly provide documentation to support your claim if needed.
5. Returns Without Authorization
We do not accept unauthorized returns.
Any package sent back to us without approval will be refused and returned to the sender.
6. Non-Returnable Items
All products sold on javedanparfums.com are non-refundable unless approved under Section 3.

7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
